Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Linen Lounge, we want you to really love your bedding purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.  We offer a simple returns policy for all products purchased online - subject to the rules detailed below. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in their original condition and packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached. Due to the sensitive nature of bedding, linen sets must be unopened for a full refund.

IN-STORE

If purchased in our retail location, you have one day for a refund and 7 days for a store credit. 
If you ordered online for in-store pickup, when your order is ready for pickup you will get an email letting you know.
If you did not receive the email, it means your order has not been fulfilled yet.

ONLINE ORDERS

You have 7 days from when you receive your package to return your order.  You have up to 14 days to return your items for a store credit. Once we receive your item, if it is within 7 days from receipt, we will issue you a refund. If it is within 7-14 day we will email you a store credit.

Please contact us for a return authorization and you will be provided with a shipping label. A $10 shipping charge for all returns will be automatically deducted from your refund if this label is used.
Make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, the $10 charge will still be deducted and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If you would like to ship your package back yourself feel free to add your own stamps, and shipping charges will not be deducted.

  • Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.
  • We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
